Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
This policy applies to all edition based artworks produced on-demand. Refunds are only allowed if the purchased item arrives damaged at the costumer destination. In this case the costumer will be refunded with a new work of the same purchased. Prov of damage can be photographs and a written explanation of the damage.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are not refundable. Unique artworks must not be new when sold and might carry mild traces of usage. This derives from usage in exhibitions, earlier shipping and hanging. NFTs are purchased through opensea.io, a NFT trading platform incorporating their own terms.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, I will send you an email to notify you. I will also notify you of a rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the purchased item will be reproduced and send / picked up.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
If you wish to return your product, you should mail your product to: Tammo Rist c/o PIGS, Christian Krohgs gate 34, 0186 Oslo, Norway.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refunded product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
