By visiting and using tammo.no, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern how you use the website and purchase products from my store.

1. About Me

tammo.no is operated solely by me. When I use the term “I”, I’m referring to myself as the sole owner and operator of this website and business.

2. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on tammo.no. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products, Pricing and taxation

I do my best to keep product descriptions and prices up to date, but I may change or remove items at any time without notice. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and do not include VAT, under Norwegian law, limited works of art are excepted from VAT. Shipping within Norway, art works are tax free. This does not mean that taxes do not apply when items are shipped/imported to another country. To find out please contact your local authorities.

4. Placing an Order

Orders are processed through WooCommerce and payments are handled securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. I’m not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or incomplete details.

5. Shipping

I ship orders as soon as possible. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

7. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please let me know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

I do my best to provide a reliable website and great products, but I can’t be held responsible for indirect or accidental damages related to your use of the site or the products you purchase.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I take data protection seriously and follow all GDPR and Norwegian privacy laws.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute arises, it will be handled by the courts in Norway.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If I make changes, I’ll post them here, and your continued use of the site means you accept them.
