Your satisfaction means a lot to me. If something isn’t right with your order, please read the information below and get in touch.
1. Right to Cancel (Angrerett)
As a customer in Norway and the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To cancel your order, please email me at hallo@tammo.no within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Returns
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must return it within 14 days after notifying me
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or I made a mistake with your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of products are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized items

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accident

Products not returned in original condition
4. Refunds
Once I receive your returned item, I’ll inspect it and notify you. If everything checks out, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, I’ll take care of it. Please send me a photo and short description of the issue to hallo@tammo.no within 3 days of receiving the package.

Here’s how I handle shipping at tammo.no:

2. Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
I use trusted shipping partners in Norway (such as Posten or Bring). Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take 2–5 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Free shipping is applied for purchases over 3.000 NOK only for items that are not framed or mounted on bords.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup at Studio Tammo Rist, Christian Krohgs gate 34, 0186 Oslo, Norway.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is taking longer than expected, contact me at hallo@tammo.no with your order number. I’ll help track it down.
